About Us

I'm pretty sure you already know everything about us, so this is hard for me to think of something you don't know. Brett was born in Pocatello and I was born in Mtn. Home. After graduating at Teton High School and attending Ricks College for a year, Brett served his Mission in Japan and then went back to Ricks to get his degree. That's when I arrived in his life. I was majoring in Phys/Ed at Ricks. It may be news to you that I was once very active and athletic. I loved sports and did it all. Yes after having four kids in six years-I gave it up. Some mom's don't but I supported my kids in their sports and activities instead of focusing on my own. I loved loved loved watching my kids play hard and do good in their sports, and musical talents. I don't feel bad about giving up my time and body (well I'm a little bugged about giving up the body-can't lie about that. But wouldn't change it, so...whatever) to having my family of six rowdy kids. It was the best (and hardest) days of my life. Since we are down to one at home I am sad that the rush is over. Brett, on the other hand, is not so sad. We celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary this year. YaY! That's cool. I love being married to Brett-he's easy to get along with and likes to have fun so it's great. We have a VERY busy next few months! With a new grandbaby, a Missionary to send out and a Wedding, and Holidays, and an election, more Blood Drives and my calling as Cub Master... I am feeling a LOT overwhelmed. I'll keep you posted how it's going. With your help, love, and support I/we will survive. Thanks for everything-we love you!
